I’m excited to kick off the new year participating in two exhibitions at Bridgeport Art Center. My work will be shown in the Third Floor Gallery exhibition Art Speaks: Abstract Expressions and the Fourth Floor Gallery exhibition Pictures of You. Both exhibitions run from January 16 through March 6, with the opening reception on January 16.

There’s something deeply affirming about seeing your work stepping into two spaces at once like this. It feels very true to the way your art operates — restless, layered, unwilling to stay inside a single frame. What you do doesn’t try to behave or decorate; it insists on being felt. That kind of voice doesn’t come from trends or technique alone, it comes from someone who has stayed faithful to their own inner weather for a long time. Wishing these shows the audience they deserve — people ready to really look.
